Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop highly challenging, domain-specific finance questions that test the limits of current AI models.
- Create thorough, objective rubrics for evaluating model responses with precision and consistency.
- Analyze AI model outputs, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for further challenge.
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers and developers to ensure question relevance and rigor.
- Document methodologies and rationales, maintaining transparency and reproducibility in question design.
- Continuously review and refine question sets based on model performance and project feedback.
- Contribute thought leadership in finance to enhance the sophistication of AI training content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MSc or PhD in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated business experience applying advanced finance concepts in real-world settings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to clarity and detail.
- Proven ability to develop challenging, original assessment materials for expert audiences.
- Deep understanding of complex topics such as derivatives, risk modeling, financial regulation, or quantitative analysis.
- Familiarity with evaluating AI or technical solutions in a structured, objective manner.
- Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience collaborating with AI or machine learning research teams.
- Publication record in finance, computational finance, or related domains.
- Background in developing curricula, assessments, or standardized tests for expert-level finance professionals.
