Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Lead SAP Financial Accounting Specialist to drive excellence in our financial systems and processes. You will serve as the financial accounting subject matter expert on our team, utilizing your deep SAP expertise to streamline workflows, optimize reporting, and ensure compliance. This is a high-impact role for an expert communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules across the organization.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver on strategic initiatives.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and upgrades.

• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes by identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and global financial regulations.

• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to SAP FI team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Oversee and resolve complex system issues, collaborating with technical teams and end-users.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading SAP Financial Accounting projects and implementations.

• Expert knowledge in SAP FI modules and integration with other SAP components (CO, MM, SD, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, multicultural team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in Financial Accounting.

• Experience in global, multi-entity business environments.

• Prior mentorship or team leadership experience in SAP finance projects.
