Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Business Teacher, Postsecondary, where you will shape the future of business education and artificial intelligence. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your subject matter expertise to both teach advanced business concepts and train next-generation AI models, playing a direct part in evolving digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Train and evaluate AI models using real-world business teaching scenarios and datasets.
2. Prepare and deliver engaging lectures to undergraduate or graduate students on topics such as financial accounting, marketing principles, and operations management.
3. Develop comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and handouts tailored for both traditional and AI-supported learning environments.
4. Assess and grade students’ academic work, assignments, and papers with accuracy and constructive feedback.
5. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate meaningful classroom discussions to foster critical thinking and active engagement.
6. Stay current with trends and advancements in business education and AI by participating in professional organizations, networking with colleagues, and attending relevant conferences.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve digital training content and AI performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Master’s degree or higher in Business, Education, or a closely related field.
2. Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level in business subjects (e.g., accounting, marketing, management).
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
4. Experience with or enthusiasm for training and evaluating AI models, especially in educational contexts.
5. Proficiency in preparing course materials and facilitating both in-person and online discussions.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when assessing assignments and managing coursework.
7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects involving AI or educational technology.
2. Knowledge of current trends in AI-driven education and instructional design.
3. Published research or active participation in academic or AI-focused professional organizations.
