Join our customer's team as a Financial Records Quality Analyst, where your keen eye for detail and passion for data precision will play a pivotal role in the integrity of financial records. You'll review and validate diverse financial document sets, ensuring they are accurately labeled, classified, and consistent with internal standards. This role offers an opportunity to work remotely on impactful projects that require both analytical skill and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze multi-document financial packages, including pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, and property records for accuracy and completeness.
- Apply precise document labels and clearly define section boundaries by page ranges in accordance with project guidelines.
- Extract and authenticate key data fields using structured schemas tailored to each project.
- Review and validate document packages for quality, completeness, and correct classification.
- Support both straightforward and complex financial document workflows, adapting to varying levels of document intricacy.
- Ensure consistent handling of tokenized personally identifiable information (PII) across all related documents.
- Identify and report discrepancies between source files and the extracted structured data to uphold data integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of process discipline.
- Solid financial literacy and experience handling common financial documents or administrative records.
- Proven ability to accurately review both structured and semi-structured documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong reading comprehension.
- Comfortable executing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining consistently high standards.
- Proficiency in following complex annotation guidelines to ensure precision and compliance.
- Relevant background in QA, back-office review, document processing, or financial administrative support is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administrative operations or financial services support environments.
- Background in payroll, tax, or records processing functions.
- Previous roles in quality assurance or document review.
