Key Responsibilities

- Assess students’ progress using formative and summative evaluation techniques, and provide constructive feedback.
- Integrate technology meaningfully into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Communicate proactively with students, parents, and colleagues through clear written and verbal interactions.
- Foster social and emotional development alongside academic achievement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in remote and elementary education.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of recent, relevant experience teaching elementary-level students (except special education).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to clarity and empathy.
- Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners in a virtual setting.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and classroom management abilities.
- Experience adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Proficiency with remote learning tools and educational technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognition or awards for excellence in teaching or innovation in education.
- Advanced training or certifications in curriculum development or educational technology.
