Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, plan, and deliver high-quality instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards in core subjects.
  2. Create a supportive, inclusive virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  3. Assess students’ progress using formative and summative evaluation techniques, and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Integrate technology meaningfully into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  5. Communicate proactively with students, parents, and colleagues through clear written and verbal interactions.
  6. Foster social and emotional development alongside academic achievement.
  7. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in remote and elementary education.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
  2. Minimum 4 years of recent, relevant experience teaching elementary-level students (except special education).
  3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to clarity and empathy.
  4. Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners in a virtual setting.
  5. Demonstrated organizational, time management, and classroom management abilities.
  6. Experience adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  7. Proficiency with remote learning tools and educational technology platforms.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Recognition or awards for excellence in teaching or innovation in education.
  2. Advanced training or certifications in curriculum development or educational technology.
  3. Experience creating or contributing to educational content beyond the classroom.
