Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate core administrative services, including records management, mail distribution, and office support functions, to provide authentic training data for AI models.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze operational reports and schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes modeled for AI learning.
  • Set and communicate departmental goals and deadlines, reflecting industry best practices and operational standards for AI training scenarios.
  • Acquire, distribute, and manage supplies, using these experiences to inform and refine AI understanding of resource management.
  • Assess internal workflows and recommend procedural or policy changes, capturing process improvements for AI training datasets.
  • Lead classes and conduct workshops to instruct staff on organizational procedures—simulating real training environments for AI development.
  • Collaborate closely with customer’s team, providing detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy and performance in administrative contexts.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related administrative leadership role (e.g., Administrative Coordinator, Manager, Officer, Director, Business Administrator, or Business Manager).
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, process improvement, and operational oversight.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and detail orientation.
  • Proven ability to analyze internal processes and drive organizational policy enhancements.
  • Experience in training or instructing staff, with a hands-on approach to teaching procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to distill complex administrative tasks into actionable data points for AI development.
  • Self-motivated, agile, and adept at remote work environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience contributing to or training AI or machine learning models.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital records management and workflow automation tools.
  • Background in remote team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
