Job Summary:


Join our team as a Mason and play a pivotal role in constructing, repairing, and maintaining durable structures of brick, stone, concrete, and more. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to execute project requirements accurately
  2. Lay bricks, stones, blocks, or concrete units to build or repair walls, floors, partitions, and other structural elements
  3. Mix and apply mortar, cement, or other binders with precision to ensure strong and lasting construction
  4. Maintain the highest standards of quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications
  5. Care for and properly handle tools, equipment, and construction materials
  6. Work closely with fellow construction workers, engineers, and supervisors to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area



Required Skills and Qualifications:


  1. Proven hands-on experience as a Mason or similar construction role
  2. Thorough knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and equipment
  3. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, plans, and instructions
  4. Strong physical stamina and strength to perform heavy manual labor
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-quality results
  6. Awareness of and commitment to construction site safety practices
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively on-site



Preferred Qualifications:


  1. Experience working on diverse construction projects or in international settings
  2. Certification or formal training in masonry or construction trades
  3. Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
