Job Summary:
Join our team as a Salesforce Support Consultant and play a pivotal role in optimizing and supporting our Salesforce environment, specifically tailored for the dynamic real estate sector. In this client-facing position, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring streamlined operations and high user adoption. Your expertise will empower our stakeholders through hands-on support, process enhancements, and effective user training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support, quickly resolving issues and providing expert guidance to users.
• Deliver both functional and technical support for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
• Collaborate with business users across Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Handover, CRM, and Operations to gather requirements and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Enhance and maintain real estate-specific processes within Salesforce, including unit management, sales contracts, and handover workflows.
• Oversee daily administration tasks such as user management, security settings, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity.
• Design and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and process builders.
• Lead training initiatives by developing materials, conducting knowledge sessions, and updating process documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Salesforce administration or support, preferably within real estate.
• Strong command of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• In-depth understanding of real estate business processes such as sales lifecycles, unit inventory, customer handover, and post-sales services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive, independent work approach.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with data migration, sandbox testing, and change management.
