Join our customer’s team as a Business Intelligence / Data Analytics Specialist, where you will empower data-driven decision-making using industry-leading BI tools. Play a pivotal role in translating raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Metabase to drive business performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust analytics and reporting solutions.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to end users.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to support ongoing business initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytic projects and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly through both written documentation and verbal presentations.
- Continuously evaluate new data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency with Metabase for developing analytics and dashboard solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating Metabase with various data sources and APIs.
- Background in business process optimization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced certification in data analytics or BI platforms is a plus.
