Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and simulate a variety of recreation programs to help train AI behavior in activity planning and execution.

  4. Document and communicate findings clearly to development teams, ensuring models reflect authentic recreation work settings.
  5. Collaborate with AI specialists to iteratively improve model performance using your domain expertise.
  6. Champion best practices for safety, inclusion, and enjoyment in AI training data and processes.
  7. Adapt quickly to evolving project needs and deliver high-quality written and verbal input.

  1. Proven experience as a Recreation Worker or in a similar role involving activity planning and program execution.
  2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in remote, cross-functional teams.
  4. Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, managing multiple project tasks and deadlines.
  5. Demonstrated safety awareness, ensuring realistic and responsible recreation program scenarios.
