This pivotal role oversees skilled technicians and mechanics, ensuring operational excellence and integrating cutting-edge AI solutions into maintenance and repair workflows. You’ll champion a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a diverse team of mechanics, installers, and repairers in a fully remote setup.
  • Oversee and optimize workflow for equipment diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks using AI-driven tools and processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and best practices in all equipment-related operations.
  • Review and analyze maintenance reports, troubleshooting data, and performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to your team.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for team members, emphasizing AI integration and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements that boost efficiency and service quality.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear written and verbal updates.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience supervising mechanics, installers, or repair teams, preferably in remote or distributed environments.
  • Strong background in equipment diagnostics, repair, and operational oversight.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equipment safety and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members toward achieving operational excellence.
  • Experience with implementing or supporting AI-driven maintenance or repair solutions is highly valued.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
