Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for clarity and context.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting unstructured, messy workplace communications and documents.
- Ability to connect and synthesize information across conversations, files, and evolving business situations.
- Experience transforming fragmented inputs into structured, multi-step tasks or workflows.
- Proven skill in identifying blockers, dependencies, and unresolved questions in complex environments.
- Strong judgment distinguishing key context from noise in fast-paced settings.
- Meticulous approach to data privacy and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in operations, project management, startup leadership, account management, or similar roles.
- Generalist with hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-growth business or startup environments.
- Prior exposure to process mapping or knowledge management is a plus.
