Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely progress updates and accurate schedule forecasting.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present schedule analyses to stakeholders.
• Analyze resource allocation and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure alignment of project milestones with contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Support the project team in resolving scheduling conflicts and improving project delivery processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and scheduling within the engineering or construction sector.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a preference for asynchronous collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certification in project planning or project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP).
• Prior experience working on large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
