Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized virtual biology tutoring for students at various academic levels.

• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback sessions, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Utilize digital platforms and multimedia resources to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students and team members in both written and verbal formats.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and session outcomes for progress tracking.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the online tutoring program by sharing insights and best practices with the customer’s team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology or a closely related scientific field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a caring, student-centered approach.
• Strong command of foundational and advanced biological concepts.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple students and sessions concurrently.
