Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine comprehensive operational strategies, translating business objectives into actionable AI training guidelines.
- Design, review, and enhance process improvement frameworks to drive operational efficiency within AI model training.
- Create detailed rubrics and evaluation criteria for AI models using your expertise in business analysis and project management.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align AI training initiatives with the organization’s strategic vision.
- Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and recommend evidence-based improvements for both AI models and operational workflows.
- Produce clear, impactful documentation and communications for cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Champion best practices in business operations throughout the AI model development lifecycle.
