Job Summary:

Join our team as a SAP Group Reporting expert and drive financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics initiatives across global business units. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP technologies and financial accounting standards to optimize group reporting processes, mentor team members, and deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and administration of SAP Group Reporting systems, including master data, data collection, and consolidation rules.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-geography stakeholders, driving discussions and ensuring clear, impactful communication both written and verbal.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery management of small to mid-sized projects, guiding and mentoring a team of 5-10 professionals.

• Design, document, and test new functionalities or enhancements, including preparation of BBP, functional specifications, test plans, and scripts.

• Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with S/4 HANA and other source systems, developing advanced planning and analytical models and reports.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP accounting standards within consolidated financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting.

• Contribute thought leadership through developing methodologies, publishing articles, or supporting enterprise performance management initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC Planning, and SAP GR Master Data configuration.

• Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio).

• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Apps, Analysis for Office, and related financial reporting tools.

• In-depth knowledge of WRICEF objects, data standardization, change management, and master data management.

• Hands-on experience with IFRS, GAAP, and US/Intercompany Eliminations processes.

• Ability to create test cases, test plans, and documentation for enhancements and interfaces.

• Proven track record in team leadership, project delivery, and operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of ABAP programming and customization of S/4 HANA standard reporting.

• Experience with B4HANA Objects (Analytic Views, CDS Views, ADSOs, Composite Provider) and BPC Planning/Consolidation.

• Familiarity with cash flow statements, forecasting, budgeting, and financial data integration.
