Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the partnerships strategy in Saudi Arabia, closely aligning with brand, commercial, and growth goals.
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with government bodies, universities, employers, associations, digital platforms, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Identify, negotiate, and activate innovative partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and commercial outcomes.
- Plan and lead major events—including career fairs, conferences, and employer activations—end-to-end to solidify our market presence.
- Represent Bayt.com as a senior partner in industry engagements, forums, and collaborations across Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, Brand, and Marketing teams to maximize the impact of partnerships and drive integrated go-to-market campaigns.
- Monitor and report on partnership and event performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven record in partnerships and large-scale event management.
- Demonstrated ability to create, negotiate, and deliver high-impact partnerships in the Saudi business landscape.
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, culture, and professional ecosystem.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—relationship-building is at the heart of how you work.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered a strong asset.
- Ability to oversee budgets, manage vendors, and ensure seamless execution of complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with government entities or large-scale industry associations in Saudi Arabia.
- Background in the recruitment, HR tech, or technology platform sectors.
- Exposure to cross-functional marketing within multi-brand organizations.
