Join our customer's team as a Financial Document Annotation Specialist and play a crucial role in the integrity of complex financial data. You will support the segmentation, classification, and validation of multi-document financial PDF packages, ensuring high-quality results that drive business decisions and compliance. Your expertise in reviewing and annotating financial documents will help streamline processes and protect sensitive information.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Review and analyze financial PDF packages, identifying distinct document types within multi-document files.
  2. Apply precise annotations and segmentations, accurately labeling each document section by type and recording corresponding page ranges.
  3. Extract, validate, and record key fields based on project-defined schemas and instructions.
  4. Ensure rigorous PII tokenization and data privacy across all annotated documents.
  5. Validate consistency, completeness, and accuracy throughout the entire document package.
  6. Interpret and follow detailed annotation guidelines, escalating edge cases when clarity is needed.
  7. Maintain exceptional quality assurance with an unwavering attention to detail across diverse document types and formats.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when working with structured documents.
  2. Solid financial literacy, with familiarity in personal finance, mortgage, or related financial documents.
  3. Proficiency in PDF management, document annotation tools, and handling multi-section files.
  4. Exceptional reading comprehension and written English communication skills.
  5. Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines, maintaining consistency across tasks.
  6. Experience in administrative, financial operations, or document review environments is highly valued.
  7. Commitment to data privacy, accuracy, and remote work discipline.


Preferred Qualifications
