Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and refine comprehensive rubrics for evaluating forensic psychiatric cases within an AI training framework.
  2. Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate complex psychiatric concepts into actionable training data.
  3. Review, analyze, and annotate forensic materials to ensure the AI’s decision-making aligns with current standards of practice.
  4. Assess model outputs for clinical accuracy, ethical considerations, and real-world applicability.
  5. Contribute subject-matter expertise to ongoing development, testing, and improvement of AI models.
  6. Communicate clearly and proactively in written and verbal formats to document processes and convey findings to multidisciplinary teams.
  7. Stay abreast of legal and ethical developments in forensic psychiatry and integrate this knowledge into model training.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. MD or PhD in Psychiatry with board certification.
  2. Demonstrated experience in forensic psychiatric assessment and report writing.
  3. Deep understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical principles in forensic mental health.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for nuanced, precise language.
  5. Proven ability to collaborate on interdisciplinary projects across technical and clinical domains.
  6. Skill in critical thinking, data evaluation, and structured problem-solving.
  7. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Peer-reviewed research publications in forensic psychiatry or related interdisciplinary topics.
