Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging online lessons, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs and diverse learning styles.
• Facilitate interactive virtual sessions, clarify complex physics concepts, and encourage critical thinking.
• Create, assign, and assess homework, quizzes, and projects to support student learning and track progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and targeted support, helping students build confidence and master key physics topics.
• Communicate regularly with students and, as needed, their guardians, using outstanding written and verbal skills.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans, ensuring smooth course administration.
• Stay current with best practices in online education and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics or a closely related field.
• Strong command of core physics concepts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, empathetic instruction.
• Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire students in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
