Job Summary:

Join our team as a Julia Specialist/Developer, where you'll leverage your coding expertise to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models. This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about AI and possess a strong command of the Julia programming language. Work remotely, engaging with advanced technologies and innovative projects.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed coding prompts and responses to guide AI learning.

- Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance model accuracy.

- Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models to identify potential inaccuracies or biases.

- Collaborate with AI Researchers: Work closely with team members to integrate coding insights into AI models.

- Stay Updated with Julia Advancements: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Julia and its packages.

- Document Processes: Maintain clear records of coding practices and model evaluations.

- Contribute to Team Goals: Participate in team discussions to align development strategies with project objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 7+ years of professional software development experience.

- At least 3 years of extensive work in Julia programming.

- Proficiency with Julia’s package ecosystem: DataFrames.jl, Flux.jl, JuMP.jl, JIT.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.

- C1 level of English language proficiency.

- Analytical excellence with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to produce high-quality work independently.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in training or working with AI models.

- Familiarity with emerging trends in AI and software development.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in remote team settings.
