Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage air traffic control (ATC) operations in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow.

• Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to develop high-quality training data for AI-driven aviation solutions.

• Design and curate realistic and edge-case scenarios to enhance AI robustness and system learning.

• Validate, analyze, and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to support continuous improvement and accuracy.

• Teach undergraduate-level courses, create detailed syllabi and supplementary educational materials, and lead engaging discussions or tutorials.

• Evaluate, grade, and record student assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.

• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of ongoing professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in air traffic control operations and strong understanding of aviation regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking with a knack for scenario design and problem-solving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on remote instruction and collaboration.

• Familiarity with AI training data development, validation, and quality assurance processes.

• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and operational needs.

• Experience mentoring, training, or teaching in technical or operational environments.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities, including grading and instructional preparation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching undergraduate or technical courses in aviation or related fields.
