Job Title: Fullstack Developer

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Fullstack Developer, driving the delivery of robust and scalable applications in a dynamic, fully remote setting. You will work alongside talented engineers, taking ownership of end-to-end features and solving challenging problems in both frontend and backend domains. This is an opportunity for an experienced developer passionate about clean code, data modeling, and clear communication to make a direct impact on innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using React (Next.js preferred), TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js with Express.

• Architect and evolve complex database schemas in PostgreSQL and MongoDB, focusing on data integrity, indexing, and performance.

• Build and consume RESTful APIs, handling authentication, authorization, pagination, filtering, and webhook integration.

• Debug, resolve, and document production issues, ensuring reliability and scalability in deployed systems.

• Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders, articulating technical concepts and trade-offs in both written and verbal form.

• Take complete ownership of features, working autonomously even when specifications are not fully defined.

• Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and continuously improving processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

• Proficiency with React (Next.js a plus), modern JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Advanced skills in Node.js and Express (required); familiarity with NestJS is a plus.

• Proven track record working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB in production environments.

• Expertise in Sequelize (for PostgreSQL) and Mongoose (for MongoDB).

• Strong data modeling skills, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying and scaling applications on AWS.

• Background in shipping and maintaining live production systems.

• Demonstrated ownership mentality—comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
