Job Summary:

As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strategic relationships that drive our business forward. You will leverage your expertise in communication and outbound sales to engage leads and drive growth. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound sales and relationship management, utilizing Hubspot CRM to manage interactions effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

• The goal is to build real relationships with POCs at our target companies, set up virtual and/or in-person casual meetings with key POCs at these companies and then at the right time, connect them to our Account Executives.

• Use highly personalized emails, outbound sequences, LinkedIn dms, X dms, AI Event Slack channels, Discord channels, Reddit channels, groups/clubs, AI events, personal connections, etc. and other unique and creative methods to reach top people at very specific companies we’re after

• Identify and engage potential partners through outbound sales efforts.

• Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with company goals.

• Manage and nurture existing relationships to ensure ongoing success.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.

• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Utilize Hubspot CRM to track partner interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Prepare and present partnership proposals and reports to stakeholders.

• Success is measured by the number of qualified leads generated (SQLs), meetings scheduled with our AEs, and contribution to the sales pipeline.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Hubspot CRM for managing partner relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong sales acumen with proven outbound sales experience.

• Ability to build and maintain strong strategic relationships.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Familiarity with software sales and B2B sales.

• Proven track record of successful partnership management.
