About the Program

The micro1 Growth Engineer Internship is a hyper-selective program for top-tier student leaders ready to own brand growth at their university. With an acceptance rate of less than 1%, this role is far more than a typical ambassador program. It offers real autonomy, leadership, and the opportunity to drive outsized impact.

Interns are selected for their ability to build, influence, and move fast. You will lead bold, campus-specific initiatives that spark conversation, grow awareness, and expand micro1’s presence among students. Your work will directly inform national brand strategy and future growth.



What You Will Do

Growth Engineers are entrusted with full campus ownership. You will:

  • Design and execute high-impact growth initiatives each month
  • Personally engage 100 or more students per month through events or direct, peer-to-peer engagement
  • Host strategic activations such as panels, product showcases, info sessions, or hackathons
  • Share detailed monthly reports with feedback, reach, and key learnings
  • Represent micro1 with authenticity, creativity, and strategic intent
