You will work closely with a diverse group of professionals, including members with engineering, management, sales, and operations backgrounds, all united by a passion for excellence and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label, categorize, and annotate diverse datasets according to project guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including engineers and managers, to align on annotation requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency across projects.
- Provide clear feedback and suggestions to improve annotation processes and guidelines.
- Document annotation decisions, edge cases, and project learnings in both written and verbal form.
- Adapt quickly to evolving project scopes and new data types, supporting continuous process improvement.
- Communicate proactively with team members to manage workload and flag challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data annotation across varied data types (text, image, audio, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- C1-level proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Comfort working with technical guidelines and adapting to new tools or annotation platforms.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with demonstrated ownership over assigned tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in engineering or experience working with engineering teams.
- Experience in sales or operations environments, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
- Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives.
