Job Title: Generalists - AI Trainer

Job Summary

Join our customer’s dynamic and collaborative team as a Generalist, where your attention to detail and communication skills will help shape the next generation of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with a diverse group of professionals, including members with engineering, management, sales, and operations backgrounds, all united by a passion for excellence and high-quality deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Accurately label, categorize, and annotate diverse datasets according to project guidelines and quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including engineers and managers, to align on annotation requirements and resolve ambiguities.
  3. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency across projects.
  4. Provide clear feedback and suggestions to improve annotation processes and guidelines.
  5. Document annotation decisions, edge cases, and project learnings in both written and verbal form.
  6. Adapt quickly to evolving project scopes and new data types, supporting continuous process improvement.
  7. Communicate proactively with team members to manage workload and flag challenges.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in data annotation across varied data types (text, image, audio, etc.).
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  3. C1-level proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team.
  5. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  6. Comfort working with technical guidelines and adapting to new tools or annotation platforms.
  7. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with demonstrated ownership over assigned tasks.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Background in engineering or experience working with engineering teams.
  2. Experience in sales or operations environments, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
  3. Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives.
