Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments focused on sleep disorders, including insomnia and related psychological conditions.
- Deliver psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
- Administer and interpret psychological tests relevant to sleep health and overall mental well-being.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient monitoring and support.
- Document patient progress in clear, thorough written reports while maintaining compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary remote team to optimize treatment outcomes and share best practices.
- Contribute to research efforts and continuous quality improvement initiatives in line with reinforcement learning from human feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Published research in the field.
- Current, valid state licensure as a psychologist in your practicing state.
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and psychological testing, particularly in sleep and insomnia cases.
- Demonstrated experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and delivering remote care.
- Strong command of research methods and ability to integrate evidence-based approaches in clinical decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring clear collaboration and documentation.
- High degree of empathy, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized experience in sleep and insomnia treatment, including advanced training in CBT-I or related interventions.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning from human feedback in clinical or digital health settings.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary or technology-driven teams focused on sleep health.
