Job Title: Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) – Sleep & Insomnia Specialist

Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Clinical Psychologist specializing in sleep and insomnia. Leverage your clinical expertise to deliver evidence-based assessments and treatments through a remote care platform. Play a pivotal role in improving patient sleep health while collaborating with innovative professionals in digital mental health care.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments focused on sleep disorders, including insomnia and related psychological conditions.
  2. Deliver psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
  3. Administer and interpret psychological tests relevant to sleep health and overall mental well-being.
  4. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient monitoring and support.
  5. Document patient progress in clear, thorough written reports while maintaining compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
  6. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary remote team to optimize treatment outcomes and share best practices.
  7. Contribute to research efforts and continuous quality improvement initiatives in line with reinforcement learning from human feedback.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  2. Published research in the field.
  3. Current, valid state licensure as a psychologist in your practicing state.
  4. Proficiency in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and psychological testing, particularly in sleep and insomnia cases.
  5. Demonstrated experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and delivering remote care.
  6. Strong command of research methods and ability to integrate evidence-based approaches in clinical decision-making.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring clear collaboration and documentation.
  8. High degree of empathy, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Specialized experience in sleep and insomnia treatment, including advanced training in CBT-I or related interventions.
  2. Familiarity with reinforcement learning from human feedback in clinical or digital health settings.
  3. Experience working within multidisciplinary or technology-driven teams focused on sleep health.
