Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Pasay & Alabang
Job Type: Full-time
Location: On-site in Pasay and Alabang, Philippines
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Pasay and Alabang. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Completed at least 2nd year in College or Senior High School
- Must have at least 1 year of international BPO voice experience
- Amenable to work fully on-site in Alabang OR MOA in Pasay City
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
- Must be resourceful and able to solve problems while ensuring compliance to processes and policies
- Able to collaborate with other team members and is receptive to feedback
