Job Summary
Join our team as an Oracle Fusion Technical Developer – Associate Consultant and play a key role in enhancing business-critical solutions for a dynamic, hybrid work environment. You will leverage your technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications to design, develop, and support integrations, data conversions, and impactful custom reports that drive smarter decisions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to interpret business requirements and deliver technically sound integration solutions.
- Execute seamless ETL processes for data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and security using tools such as FBDI and ADFDI.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View to provide actionable business insights.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in integrations, data conversions, and reporting, ensuring business continuity and optimal performance.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and provide user training on data-related processes while maintaining comprehensive support documentation.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and integrate the latest Oracle Fusion advancements into our solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications technical development, focusing on integrations, data conversions, and report development.
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM modules), SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, and data migration utilities like FBDI and ADFDI.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise integration technologies.
- Strong expertise in business intelligence tools such as Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, manage priorities, and contribute both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certifications related to Oracle Fusion Application development.
- Experience working in hybrid or global teams within fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with compliance and data integrity standards in enterprise systems.
