You’ll leverage your deep proficiency in Bengali to ensure top-quality language outputs, facilitate effective cross-cultural communication, and contribute to a dynamic remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver accurate translations and localization of documents, content, and communications from and to Bengali.
  2. Conduct linguistic reviews to maintain the highest quality and consistency in tone, style, and terminology.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content creation and cultural adaptation initiatives.
  4. Ensure all written and verbal communication in Bengali is clear, engaging, and culturally appropriate.
  5. Provide expert guidance on Bengali language usage, grammar, and linguistic best practices.
  6. Participate in language-related projects and contribute to process improvements within the team.
  7. Act as a key resource for resolving language-related queries and challenges.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Native-level proficiency in Bengali (written and spoken) with excellent command of grammar and vocabulary.
  2. Proven expertise in linguistic analysis, translation, or localization roles.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and accurately.
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior quality work.
  5. Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
  6. Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  7. Adaptive to evolving language trends and cultural nuances.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Bengali Language, or related field.
  2. Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
  3. Familiarity with translation/localization tools and industry standards.
