Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert insights to help develop, validate, and refine AI models used in diagnostic imaging workflows.
- Review and annotate clinical imaging datasets, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to clinical standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate clinical needs into effective AI training protocols.
- Provide guidance on optimal imaging acquisition techniques and troubleshooting common issues in X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound.
- Evaluate imaging results and recommend protocol adjustments to maximize diagnostic value.
- Support continuous improvement of AI products through feedback, case review, and quality assurance.
- Act as a liaison between clinicians and technical teams, fostering clear, effective communication and education.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Academic background may include either a Medical Doctor (MD) degree with training in radiology or a Radiologic Technologist / Radiology Technician qualification.
- Proven proficiency in operating imaging equipment (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound) and producing high-quality diagnostic images.
- Strong anatomical and pathophysiological knowledge, with the ability to recognize abnormalities and optimize imaging views.
- Experience in clinical interpretation and evaluation of diagnostic images or protocols.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated skill in patient preparation, guidance, and care coordination during imaging procedures.
- Collaboration experience with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and technologists.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a board-certified radiologist or experienced imaging technologist.
- Previous involvement in AI model development, data annotation, or validation in a healthcare setting is a nice-to-have. No prior experience needed.
- Experience with digital health platforms or clinical informatics.
