Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver expert insights to help develop, validate, and refine AI models used in diagnostic imaging workflows.
  2. Review and annotate clinical imaging datasets, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to clinical standards.
  3. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate clinical needs into effective AI training protocols.
  4. Provide guidance on optimal imaging acquisition techniques and troubleshooting common issues in X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound.
  5. Evaluate imaging results and recommend protocol adjustments to maximize diagnostic value.
  6. Support continuous improvement of AI products through feedback, case review, and quality assurance.
  7. Act as a liaison between clinicians and technical teams, fostering clear, effective communication and education.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Academic background may include either a Medical Doctor (MD) degree with training in radiology or a Radiologic Technologist / Radiology Technician qualification.
  2. Proven proficiency in operating imaging equipment (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound) and producing high-quality diagnostic images.
  3. Strong anatomical and pathophysiological knowledge, with the ability to recognize abnormalities and optimize imaging views.
  4. Experience in clinical interpretation and evaluation of diagnostic images or protocols.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Demonstrated skill in patient preparation, guidance, and care coordination during imaging procedures.
  7. Collaboration experience with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and technologists.
  8. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to clinical excellence.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Background as a board-certified radiologist or experienced imaging technologist.
  2. Previous involvement in AI model development, data annotation, or validation in a healthcare setting is a nice-to-have. No prior experience needed.
  3. Experience with digital health platforms or clinical informatics.
