Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor teams in defining and annotating landscaping and groundskeeping data for AI development.
- Review and improve landscaping service procedures to optimize training datasets for machine learning.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to provide subject matter expertise in lawn care, groundskeeping, and horticultural practices.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and written feedback to enhance AI training protocols.
- Ensure quality control and consistency across all landscaping and groundskeeping data sets.
- Facilitate ongoing communication between the customer's team and AI development teams through clear written and verbal updates.
- Stay updated on emerging landscaping trends and integrate best practices into AI training modules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising landscaping, lawn service, or groundskeeping teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong ability to analyze, annotate, and review technical data related to outdoor services.
- Adaptability in collaborating across remote, cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of landscaping standards, safety protocols, and horticultural practices.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI or data annotation projects, especially in the landscaping or groundskeeping sector.
- Background in training or process optimization for technical teams.
- Familiarity with digital workflow tools and project management software.
