We work with top AI Labs to help them hire human data trainers for post-training, staffing firms to reinvent their recruitment, and startups for their core team hiring. Long term, we’ll become the default recruitment engine for all companies & create the highest quality pre-vetted global talent pool on earth.
We’re hiring an AI Researcher to help push the boundaries of applied AI research. You’ll join our core research team to work on cutting-edge problems involving multi-agent interactions, strategic gameplay, and real-world human-in-the-loop data generation. If you love applied research, fast prototyping, and want your work to shape how leading labs train models, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design vetting architectures for collaborative multi-expert human data generation.
- Experiment with human-in-the-loop pipelines for high-quality human data production.
- Partner with top foundation model labs to run evaluations.
- Prototype rapidly, iterate on ideas, and publish insights through internal memos and external papers.
- Collaborate with external researchers from top AI labs and universities, and share findings at conferences and workshops.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Python fundamentals and experience writing production-grade code.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RLHF pipelines.
- Research mindset with quick iteration cycles and clear written communication.
- Graduate degree in CS or related field (PhD/Master’s preferred), or equivalent research/publishing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHD or recent Masters degree with publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals.
- Competitive gaming experience or a deep understanding of collaborative gameplay mechanics.
- Past collaborations with AI research labs like xAI, DeepMind, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
