Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist - AI trainer and be at the forefront of innovation in mental health technology. Leverage your clinical expertise to shape the future of AI in psychiatry by developing robust assessment rubrics and directly training AI models, ensuring ethical and effective responses tailored to child and adolescent contexts.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and refine assessment rubrics and clinical guidelines for AI model training.
  2. Evaluate and annotate AI outputs for accuracy, empathy, and clinical relevance in child/adolescent psychiatry scenarios.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate psychiatric expertise with technical teams and data scientists.
  4. Provide comprehensive feedback to improve AI-driven mental health support tools.
  5. Contribute to the development and validation of new AI features and use cases specific to youth mental health.
  6. Stay current on emerging research, best practices, and ethical considerations in child and adolescent psychiatry as applied to AI.
  7. Communicate complex psychiatric concepts in clear, concise written and verbal formats with diverse stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or an equivalent degree with a specialization in psychiatry
  2. Proven experience in clinical practice, assessment, and diagnosis of child and/or adolescents.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in developing clinical rubrics and evaluating AI outputs.
  5. Commitment to ethical AI development and patient confidentiality.
  6. Ability to work autonomously in a remote, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
  7. Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Research publications in child/adolescent psychiatry, digital mental health, or related fields.
