Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Robot Operator (Day Shift), where you'll play a critical role in the hands-on operation and oversight of advanced robotic systems. In this role, your keen attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong procedural discipline will ensure safe, efficient, and accurate robot performance in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities

  1. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot robotic systems during day shifts, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  2. Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely for all operational tasks and data collection activities.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of workspaces, robots, and equipment before, during, and after operation.
  4. Stage environments and safely handle robots and related hardware, ensuring readiness for daily operations.
  5. Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly, collaborating closely with engineering and support teams as needed.
  6. Communicate clearly and promptly via written and verbal channels to report status updates, incident findings, and process improvements.
  7. Assist in maintaining accurate operational logs and data records to support continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precise data collection and safe robot handling.
  2. Proven ability to follow structured procedures and SOPs without deviation.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and team collaboration.
  4. Solid problem-solving abilities to diagnose and address operational challenges on the spot.
  5. Physical stamina and coordination to perform hands-on tasks, including equipment manipulation and environment setup.
  6. Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  7. Demonstrated reliability and accountability in a team-focused role.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prior experience operating robotic or automation systems in an industrial or research setting.
  2. Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of mechanical or electronic equipment.
  3. Technical certification or relevant training in robotics, automation, or related fields.
