Job Title: Law - AI Trainer

Job Type: Part-Time, contract

Location: Remote


Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Law - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven legal solutions. In this fully remote, part-time position, you will leverage your law expertise and passion for precision to create realistic, high-quality legal documents and contribute to advanced AI training initiatives. If you have hands-on legal experience and a keen eye for detail, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact at the intersection of law and technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate authentic internal legal documents to simulate real-world scenarios for AI training.
  2. Develop robust prompts and detailed rubrics that guide and evaluate AI performance.
  3. Carefully review and validate all documentation to ensure legal accuracy and relevance.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to iterate and refine training materials.
  5. Analyze AI-generated outputs and provide structured, constructive feedback to enhance learning models.
  6. Maintain comprehensive records of training data and documentation processes.
  7. Communicate findings and updates clearly through well-crafted written and verbal reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Demonstrated industry experience practicing law; practical expertise is highly valued.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and clarity.
  4. High proficiency in written and spoken English (Native/C2 level required).
  5. Outstanding ability to document complex legal scenarios in a clear, structured format.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to express nuanced legal concepts.
  7. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience developing legal training materials or working in legal tech environments.
  2. Previous involvement in AI, machine learning, or NLP-related projects.
  3. Familiarity with prompt engineering and rubric design for AI training.
