Key Responsibilities:
- Generate authentic internal legal documents to simulate real-world scenarios for AI training.
- Develop robust prompts and detailed rubrics that guide and evaluate AI performance.
- Carefully review and validate all documentation to ensure legal accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to iterate and refine training materials.
- Analyze AI-generated outputs and provide structured, constructive feedback to enhance learning models.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training data and documentation processes.
- Communicate findings and updates clearly through well-crafted written and verbal reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated industry experience practicing law; practical expertise is highly valued.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and clarity.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English (Native/C2 level required).
- Outstanding ability to document complex legal scenarios in a clear, structured format.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to express nuanced legal concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing legal training materials or working in legal tech environments.
- Previous involvement in AI, machine learning, or NLP-related projects.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and rubric design for AI training.
