Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales through participation in an exciting AI training project. This role is ideal for seasoned sales leaders passionate about optimizing processes, sharing expertise, and leveraging their communication skills to help AI learn from real-world business scenarios.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze sales statistics and data provided by staff to assess sales potential and inventory requirements.
  2. Monitor and evaluate customer preferences, adapting strategies to meet evolving market needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and performance.
  4. Provide clear and detailed written and verbal feedback as part of AI training activities.
  5. Document and communicate best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team and training program.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or similar leadership position.
  2. Expertise in planning, coordinating, and implementing sales strategies and training programs.
  3. Strong analytical abilities for interpreting sales statistics and market trends.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and remotely, while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
  6. Demonstrated success in setting and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.
  7. Fluency in using digital tools and platforms for remote communication and reporting.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with AI, software products, or data-driven projects.
  2. Prior participation in process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
  3. Exposure to multi-regional or international sales management.
