Join our customer's team as a First-Line Supervisor of Landscaping, Lawn Service, and Groundskeeping Workers and take the lead in managing diverse projects across various environments—all from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of landscaping and groundskeeping workers across multiple sites.

• Oversee project planning, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Provide clear written and verbal instructions to team members, supporting effective collaboration.

• Monitor and assess worker performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.

• Manage resource allocation, including equipment and materials, to optimize workflow.

• Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in landscaping supervision or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in landscaping operations, project management, and team leadership.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

• Proven ability to remotely manage teams and coordinate tasks across different locations.

• In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture, and environmental practices.

• Proficiency with digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Recognized achievements or awards in the landscaping or groundskeeping field.

• Experience implementing process improvements or innovative landscaping solutions.

• Relevant certifications in horticulture, project management, or safety standards.
