Job Title: CyberSecurity Director

Location: Hybrid – Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines


Job Summary:

Join our team as a CyberSecurity Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing cybersecurity strategies for enterprise clients on a global scale. This is an exciting opportunity to drive cyber delivery excellence, oversee complex transformation projects, and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic, hybrid environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple cybersecurity solutions and engagements, ensuring alignment with client requirements, global standards, and timelines.
  2. Drive a high-performing, collaborative cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cybersecurity delivery, maintaining proactive communication and stakeholder alignment for exceptional satisfaction.
  4. Oversee risk management throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating threats to security, quality, and budgets.
  5. Lead presales efforts—manage RFP responses, proposal development, and client presentations to support business growth.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards, embedding frameworks and best practices across all solutions.
  7. Champion process excellence, business continuity, and digital transformation initiatives, driving operational innovation and efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  2. 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a leadership or project delivery capacity.
  3. Deep expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, identity & access management, and implementation of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  4. Proven track record delivering sophisticated cybersecurity programs for enterprise clients.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail- and quality-oriented mindset.
  7. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and manage multiple priorities with confidence.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent.
  2. Expertise in leading cyber technologies including SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Security, and Google Security products.
  3. Experience in driving digital transformation and automation initiatives across global delivery ecosystems.
