Join our customer's team as an Electronics Engineers - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative electronic systems for diverse industries. Utilize your expertise to research, design, and test cutting-edge electronic components, while mentoring the next generation of AI-driven engineering solutions in a dynamic, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, develop, and test electronic components and systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific applications.
- Leverage knowledge of electronic theory and materials properties to create advanced circuits and components for telecommunications, aerospace, propulsion control, acoustics, and instrumentation.
- Operate and guide processes using computer-assisted engineering and design software for electronic systems development.
- Evaluate complex electronics engineering projects to ensure technical adequacy, effectiveness, and compatibility with industry standards.
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification activities for electronic equipment and systems.
- Collaborate actively with engineers, customers, and vendors to discuss and refine projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
- Mentor and train AI systems to enhance their understanding and application of electronics engineering concepts, supporting continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field (excluding computer engineering).
- Strong foundation in electronic theory, circuit design, and materials science.
- Proven experience with CAD tools and computer-assisted engineering software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve complex engineering problems.
- Proficiency in project coordination, especially across cross-functional remote teams.
- Passion for mentoring, training, and advancing AI-driven engineering processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with radio frequency (RF) engineering or RFID device specialization.
- Background in research and development within aerospace, telecommunications, or military sectors.
- Previous experience as an AI Trainer or in a technical education role.
