Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as an Electronics Engineers - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative electronic systems for diverse industries. Utilize your expertise to research, design, and test cutting-edge electronic components, while mentoring the next generation of AI-driven engineering solutions in a dynamic, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research, design, develop, and test electronic components and systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific applications.
  2. Leverage knowledge of electronic theory and materials properties to create advanced circuits and components for telecommunications, aerospace, propulsion control, acoustics, and instrumentation.
  3. Operate and guide processes using computer-assisted engineering and design software for electronic systems development.
  4. Evaluate complex electronics engineering projects to ensure technical adequacy, effectiveness, and compatibility with industry standards.
  5. Direct and coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification activities for electronic equipment and systems.
  6. Collaborate actively with engineers, customers, and vendors to discuss and refine projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
  7. Mentor and train AI systems to enhance their understanding and application of electronics engineering concepts, supporting continuous improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field (excluding computer engineering).
  2. Strong foundation in electronic theory, circuit design, and materials science.
  3. Proven experience with CAD tools and computer-assisted engineering software.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and technical documentation.
  5. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve complex engineering problems.
  6. Proficiency in project coordination, especially across cross-functional remote teams.
  7. Passion for mentoring, training, and advancing AI-driven engineering processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with radio frequency (RF) engineering or RFID device specialization.
  2. Background in research and development within aerospace, telecommunications, or military sectors.
  3. Previous experience as an AI Trainer or in a technical education role.
