About the Partnership
We are seeking established LATAM-based businesses and workforce solutions firms to partner with us in scaling high-fidelity data collection for next-generation AI and robotics systems.
Through this B2B collaboration, partner vendors will deploy and manage localized teams of remote contractors (Data-Video Generalists) to execute smartphone-based POV video data capture for robotics training. This project demands high velocity, strict operational compliance, and vendors capable of guaranteeing consistent operational throughput and quality control.
Scope of Work (Vendor Responsibilities)
Partner firms will be fully responsible for deploying talent and managing the output of contractors who will:
- Capture precise motion data using smartphone sensor suites (IMU) during specified physical tasks.
- Record synchronized, first-person video footage to validate and enhance the integrity of collected sensor data.
- Follow highly detailed technical protocols to ensure all submissions meet strict quality, labeling, and determinism standards.
- Expected minimum output equivalent to 10 to 15 hours of approved data/video submissions per week, per deployed contributor.
Vendor & Infrastructure Requirements
To qualify for this partnership, providers must ensure their workforce meets the following technical, legal, and operational criteria:
- Geographic Compliance: 100% of the deployed contractors must be legally eligible to work in the US and physically located within the 26 designated target states.
- Device Fleet Auditing: Vendor must verify that all deployed personnel utilize one of the following compatible smartphones (or newer):
- iPhone 12+ / Google Pixel 6+ / Samsung Galaxy S21+
- Hardware Logistics: Vendor must ensure that all contractors are equipped with a smartphone head strap for hands-free, dual-hand recording within 48 hours of project kick-off.
- Technical Infrastructure: Contractors must have access to high-speed, reliable internet infrastructure capable of uploading large, high-fidelity sensor and video datasets daily.
- Tool Integration: For seamless platform integration, the vendor must ensure all contractor accounts are provisioned via Google/Gmail addresses.
Compensation & Commercial Structure
- Output-Based Model: Compensation is strictly performance-driven and calculated per approved, high-fidelity recorded asset that meets 100% of engineering specifications.
- Volume Pricing & Net Terms: Rates and tier-based structures will be negotiated directly with the vendor based on total weekly volume guarantees, state-level distribution, and headcount capacity.
- Minimum Commitments: Vendors must maintain a minimum aggregate weekly submission threshold to remain an active Tier-1 partner.
