Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and feedback on investment banking and M&A scenarios to inform AI model development.
- Curate, review, and refine training materials and datasets with a focus on accuracy and industry best practices.
- Collaborate remotely with engineering and product teams to translate complex banking workflows into actionable insights for AI training.
- Assess and validate the relevance and clarity of AI-generated content, ensuring alignment with real-world investment banking standards.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and opportunities within training data and methodologies.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication in both feedback and documentation.
- Stay updated on current trends in M&A and investment banking to enrich AI learning material.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in investment banking or M&A roles, preferably with a top-tier or globally recognized financial institution.
- Proven expertise in mergers, acquisitions, financial modeling, deal structuring, and client advisory.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while delivering timely, high-quality results.
- Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism regarding sensitive financial data.
- Eligible to work in the US, UK, or Canada.
