Job Summary

Join our team at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty as a Salesforce Developer, where you will design, develop, and optimize innovative Salesforce solutions that redefine real estate experiences. As a valued technical expert, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining business processes and driving strategic growth, all within a collaborative and async-friendly culture that values clear written communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

• Maintain and continuously improve existing Salesforce implementations, identifying opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency gains.

• Partner closely with our Salesforce Administrator to uphold platform stability, provide expert user support, and resolve system issues swiftly.

• Lead and participate in code reviews, promoting development best practices and ensuring quality, secure code, with a strong focus on Salesforce release management and deployment cycles.

• Drive data migration and system integration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, with a special emphasis on supporting advanced reporting and dashboards.

• Mentor junior developers, fostering technical growth within our dynamic team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated expertise delivering Salesforce platform solutions.

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and familiar with declarative tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder).

• Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and exposure to third-party integration tools.

• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, thriving in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly regarded.

• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce Data Cloud, and MuleSoft.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and a core understanding of AI concepts within Salesforce CRM.
