Job Summary
Join our innovative customer's team as a Generalist - AI Trainer and play a vital role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence. You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems through high-quality data annotation, cross-functional collaboration, and effective feedback delivery, all while leveraging your strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate diverse data types with accuracy and consistency to support AI development initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and data requirements.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to improve annotation guidelines and processes.
- Engage in regular written and verbal communication with team members to align on project milestones and expectations.
- Participate in quality assurance checks to validate data annotation outcomes and uphold standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share insights with colleagues and leadership.
- Document key learnings and best practices to contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data annotation, labeling, or related data quality roles.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI or machine learning datasets.
