Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Web Interaction Automation Specialist and help streamline complex workflows across leading online platforms. Leverage your expertise with browser-based tools and fast navigation skills to automate repetitive web tasks, improving efficiency and productivity in a dynamic remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate and optimize interactions within browser-based tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, and various online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy).
• Develop efficient workflows and shortcuts for managing tasks on social platforms like Facebook and freelance/SaaS ecosystems such as Upwork and Linear.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and enhance quality.
• Utilize advanced keyboard shortcuts and browser features to maximize speed and accuracy during web navigation and data manipulation.
• Collaborate closely with team members, delivering clear written and verbal updates on progress and challenges.
• Troubleshoot web automation issues and recommend solutions to overcome platform-specific limitations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, workflows, and automation scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with browser-based tools such as Google Docs & Sheets, online marketplaces, and major social platforms.
• Strong command of both native and browser-level keyboard shortcuts for rapid workflow execution.
• Proven proficiency in fast navigation, text manipulation, and tab/window control.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity when working in a distributed team.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to independently identify and solve productivity challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks in a remote environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Experience documenting technical processes and sharing best practices with teammates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in web automation, scripting, or related technologies.
• Previous involvement with freelance/SaaS platforms and online workflow automation projects.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration best practices and distributed team environments.
