Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Community Health Worker to join our customer's team in a unique remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in community health to contribute to the development and training of cutting-edge AI models. Your real-world experience will play a pivotal part in shaping technology designed to benefit public health outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with AI development teams to provide subject matter expertise in community health practices and protocols.
  2. Review, create, and annotate health-related datasets, ensuring accuracy and relevancy for AI training purposes.
  3. Deliver clear and insightful feedback on AI model performance from a health worker perspective.
  4. Document community health workflows, case studies, and best practices to inform model improvements.
  5. Participate in virtual team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  6. Apply current knowledge of public health issues, patient care, and community resources to inform AI solutions.
  7. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with advancements in community health and digital health technologies.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Certified Community Health Worker or equivalent hands-on experience in community or public health settings.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
  3. Strong attention to detail in documentation and data review.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  5. Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, or digital health initiatives.
  6. Proficient organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  7. Adaptability and willingness to work with cross-disciplinary teams.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience participating in AI, data annotation, or digital healthcare projects.
  2. Familiarity with electronic health records or public health data systems.
  3. Bilingual or multilingual communication abilities.
