Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes for strategic projects in a fully remote environment. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 1-3 years of project management experience who are passionate about leading teams, mitigating risks, and delivering results in an agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and communication plans.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders through exceptional written and verbal updates.
• Prioritize and balance multiple project tasks and deadlines, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology-driven or agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Excellent project planning and prioritization abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information with clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
• Proficiency using project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master).
• Experience working in a fully remote and distributed team environment.
• Background in technology, SaaS, or consulting industries.
