Job Summary
We are seeking a proven Chief Financial Officer with a track record of scaling a high-growth company from early stages. The ideal candidate has successfully joined a business at an inflection point and guided it through rapid expansion, institutional fundraising, and operational transformation.
Key Mandate
- Shape and execute the financial strategy to drive sustainable growth and enterprise value.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to set strategic direction, unlock scale, and support global expansion.
- Lead all aspects of finance—including fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation—while building the systems and team to support hypergrowth.
- Balance strategic vision with operational excellence, instilling rigor, agility, and accountability across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the board, investors, and executive leadership, with a focus on long-term value creation.
Ideal Profile
- Former CFO of a high-growth SaaS or Talent-driven company, with direct experience scaling from early stage to unicorn status.
- Successful leadership of multiple institutional fundraising rounds.
- Deep expertise in financial strategy, capital markets, and operational leadership in dynamic environments.
- Recognized as a strong leader and communicator, able to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.
- Hands-on operator with the judgment and courage to make bold, high-impact decisions.
